Na pewno masz w katalogu oxide/plugins plik SpawnConfig.cs?

.json , a skąd mozna wziąść .cs bo nie wiem skąd pobrac

Pobierz plugin z kategorii pluginów Legacy znajdziesz tam m. in. SpawnConfig i wrzuć go do oxide/plugins po zrestartowaniu serwera powinna pokazać się konfiguracja SpawnConfig.json w katalogu oxide/config
