Meteor i nadawanie rang v1

Podpowiedzcie mi proszę jak zwiekszyć ilość itemów wypadających z meteora (jak narazie wypadają tylko trzy i to beznadziejne) oraz jak np nadać komuś rangę moderator i jak nadać mu uprawnienia np do wyrzucania z serwera lub czasowego banowania?

W temacie pluginu Meteors jest pokazane gdzie i jak wygląda plik od dropów.
Podstawowe komendy - polecam się zapoznać.
