Odpalasz serwer, z roota. Z tego co wiem, na tym instalatorze, nie można odpalać , z roota. Odpal, na innym userze i powinno zadziałać oraz nadaj permisje, na pliki nadaj permisje, na konto którym odpalasz plik.
